Britannia Leatherbarrows offer a full packing service, using the latest purpose designed packing materials. Traditional skills, modern techniques and experience are combined to ensure the safe transportation of all your precious items. Your furniture is carefully wrapped, upholstery and sofas are protected, mattress bags ensure that mattresses remain neat, tidy and dust-free, wardrobe cartons keep clothing crease free and pictures and mirrors receive special packaging. Crates can be constructed for delicate grandfather clocks, mercury barometers, chandeliers and precious antiques.

Doorways, flooring and internal decorations are protected as standard.

Our fully uniformed crew will be respectful of your concerns during the removal process and will offer all help and comfort whilst the packing and loading of your furniture and effects take place.

Whilst we recommend that you take advantage of our packing service, there may be certain items, or all of your items, you would like to pack yourselves and we can provide the necessary packing materials for you.

A full inventory of your goods will be prepared by our crew whilst collecting your furniture and effects, a copy of which will be given to you so that you can be fully assured that all items collected will be delivered safely and accounted for.

Once the packing and loading is complete, the journey begins.
